At the Advanced level of Innovation, you are providing the mandate for pro-active innovation practices and thinking across an organisation. To enable innovation, you establish the systems and culture to enable adaptive mindsets. You actively work across stakeholders for innovation programs to optimise organisational and client outcomes. Within your role, you sponsor the roll out of successful innovation projects and establish actions to evaluate, capture and share successful outcomes. You will ensure momentum is maintained throughout innovation projects across the team and stakeholders.
At the Proficient level of Innovation, you are establishing the processes and procedures for innovation projects to occur within your organisations. To drive and maintain momentum for innovation across projects, you promote adaptive thinking and a culture of innovation in the workplace. You effectively balance risk and business benefit in innovation processes. You analyse and prioritise opportunities and challenges to be addressed within the organisation and isolate opportunities or barriers to existing practices and ways of thinking and doing business.
At the Intermediate level of Innovation, you are using experience and integrate research to generate a variety of high-quality alternative approaches to improve existing practices, approaches and methods within the organisation. You actively identify and test new initiatives or breakthrough thinking or practices. To positively impact operational or customer outcomes, you facilitate innovation effort. To positively impact operational or customer outcomes, you review and report on the operational impact and outcomes from an innovation project, effectively gather insights into innovative ideas or practices for your organisation, and you will establish and cooperate with others within and outside your organisation to facilitate idea sharing and innovative practices.
