Data Analytics

Find out everything you need for Data Analytics

It is now recognised that an organisation’s future is entwined with its ability to effectively extract knowledge from data. Nations and organisations that will prosper in the future will be those with the analytics skill to unleash the power of data and therefore significantly optimise their decision-making.

For organisations to adapt to change and tap into the value of their data to improve their bottom line and customer satisfaction, they need skilled data analysts to provide data-driven business insights both for internal decision-making as well as external customer interaction optimisation. Currently there is a global shortage of analytics professionals estimated to be 140,000 to 190,000 data analysts by 2018 (McKinsey). It is not surprising then that professionals working in data analytics are highly valued by organisations and typically advance more rapidly. This Credential is offered in partnership with IAPA.
