At the Intermediate level of Creative you are effectively shaping and producing the sophisticated creative output appropriate to the brief and audience. You create, explore, rationalise and present concepts or ideas against the brief, often with a novel perspective or original insight. You are responsible for coordinating the team’s input into the creative work and will likely review and reflect on the impact of creative decisions on campaigns and business results. You consider and apply creative knowledge to a brief with broad knowledge of existing and new media formats.
At the Proficient level of Creative you are confidently working with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction to shape and drive creative output. You are responsible for managing and assuring quality control for creative projects from concept to completion. You coordinate the creative sessions, processes and ideation across projects and teams and oversee the use of platforms and technologies to satisfy the brief. You actively explore innovative tools and techniques that can improve creative that can improve the creative output of your team. You regularly conduct post-production delivery and review creative activities.
At the Advanced level of Creative you are effectively providing creative inspiration and direction for the business. You are responsible for managing the external relationships including stakeholders engaged in the successful completion of a creative product, process or project. You assure the creative output of your people consistently satisfies the brief and audience requirements. You actively foster the collaboration and performance of your creative team and inspire their professional development. You ensure creative effort retains a strategic focus and encourage collaborative working relationships with partners on creative output and products.
