- program evaluation—we work with you to create an evaluation plan by determining the level of evaluation required, key indicators for measurements and the expectations of stakeholders
- assessment of individual learning—we help you to develop capabilities in the five main components of individual assessment: development, delivery, scoring, analysis and reporting.
DeakinCo. conducts client experience surveys to measure client satisfaction to provide an indication of how successful the DeakinCo. offering is being delivered. Our programs are also evaluated after completion as to the success of them meeting client’s objectives.
Assessment of individual learning
With an assessment of individual learning there are five main assessment components: development, delivery, scoring, analysis and reporting. DeakinCo. has capabilities in each of these components and can assist organisations with assessment capabilities.
Evaluation of the impact on the organisation
DeakinCo. uses various models to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our programs. These include:
- Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Methodology; and
- Impact Evaluation Methodology based on the work of Dr Robert Brinkerhoff.
